Washington Arboretum Engagement Session

Golden hour, the magical time just before sunset, is hands down one of the best times of the day. Add the stunning backdrop of the Washington Arboretum, and you’ve got the perfect recipe for a dreamy, romantic engagement session. I loved photographing this magical engagement session at the Washington Arboretum during golden hour.

The sun peaked through the trees as we arrived, creating a golden halo illuminating the entire area. The light was perfect, and I knew we were in for an amazing shoot. These two were so cute with each other, and their love was evident in every shot we took. They were relaxed, happy, and so in love.

We took advantage of the beautiful scenery as we explored the Arboretum. They were so natural in front of the camera. I could see the peace and love between them as it translated beautifully into their photos. We laughed and talked throughout the session, it was a joy to capture such a special time in their lives.

Once the sun began to set, we finished the engagement session. The golden light added a soft and romantic glow to the photos.
