Oregon Coast Engagement Portraits

Back in September, I met up with Brandi Potter at her Oregon Coast workshop! As part of the workshop, she had a couple available for us to photograph, and these foggy sunrise engagement portraits turned out to be some of my favorites from that weekend! Sunrise engagement portraits are a secret favorite of mine. The light is always a little softer than at golden hour, and it can evoke some really romantic feelings!

The spot where we shot was right out the back of the Airbnb! The tall grass leading out to the beach was so picturesque. There really is such a variety of landscapes on the Oregon Coast. From the beaches with the giant rock formations to the forests that line the coastline, you can see a lot in a small area.

Cannon Beach is always one of my favorite spots to anchor down for sessions. Ecola State Park is right nearby with its beautiful overlooks and lush forests, and then right down the road, you have a waterfall ON THE BEACH. The Oregon Coast is a great pick for whatever you’d like to photograph!
